We use AWS to operate our platform and follow a strict "infrastructure-as-a-code" approach. We can rely on self-developed scripts with which we control our entire infrastructure.
Our servers are located in 3 different "availability zones" in Germany. This enables us to guarantee constant availability of our services. In the unlikely event that the entire German infrastructure is unavailable, we have a well thought-out disaster recovery scenario with a dedicated server infrastructure region within the EU.
