FAQs from 3PLs
Request a demoCodept unifies the data flows between different systems along the supply chain with a powerful API-driven platform. This platform enables you to connect different systems quickly and easily and work with a larger number of retailers in the shortest possible time without having to adapt your own IT processes. One example is the connection of your warehouse system to the retailer's shop system. You continue to manage the fulfilment for the retailer's orders via our platform and can still connect additional customers immediately.
With iPaaS solutions, you usually still need experts to manage the tool and numerous tasks such as mapping, configuration and provisioning have to be done. Each new merchant therefore requires hours of expert work and project coordination.
This is different with Codept. Once connected to the platform, existing interfaces can be reused for future integrations. This greatly reduces the time and IT capacity required. The integration platform can also be operated by anyone, even without a technical background, in just a few minutes and is optimised for fulfilment processes. This means that merchant can be connected to your WMS system in just a few minutes in some cases. You can start using fulfilment for your customers and generate sales within a very short time.
A direct customer relationship is always very important. We also see it that way. That's why, of course, you still have a direct contract with the respective merchants. An interface usage agreement is concluded with Codept for the use of our platform.
With constant data exchange, there is also constant monitoring and thus errors become visible. For example, the transferred data may be wrong or contradictory or even missing completely. Our fully automatic early warning system prevents this from leading to obstacles in the order processing and thus to difficulties in all processes.
The system continuously checks each individual product in an order and the current status of the data transfer. If the data is faulty or if a product has been in a status it should not be in for too long, our algorithm detects this immediately and issues a proactive warning. This can prevent expensive downtimes in the warehouse and delivery delays.
