Install the app nowThe Codept Fulfilment Tracker provides detailed analytics on your fulfilment services' performance, including shipping speed, orders overview, and compliance with cut-off times, including customised cut-off settings available under paid subscription plans. The data is presented in easy-to-understand graphs and tables. We aim to help the users make data-driven decisions and optimise their logistics operations.
The app pulls data from your Shopify, calculating key metrics based on the available data. For example, to analyse how well the connected fulfilment service is complying with the cut-off time we take the cut-off time according to the SLA that you set up in the application and the actual time when the order was shipped (this timestamp is pulled from Shopify). We then calculate whether the order was shipped as agreed by SLA.
Yes, you can select the specific fulfilment services you want to analyse within the app. The number of the fulfilment services that you can select depends on the chosen subscription plan.

You can upgrade to a paid plan from within the app's dashboard. Navigate to the sSubscriptions section and choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by downgrading to the free plan or uninstalling the app. You will still have access to the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
If you downgrade to the free plan, you will retain access to basic analyses. You will no longer be able to access the extended functions that go beyond those of the free plan and historical data once your billing period has expired.
